Want to promote positive changes in America's Economy? The Unionized Workforce does just that. In a time when our workers are being attacked on every front, it is up to the you to fight for economic justice and social equality. The first step is to let your Union know of someone in a non-union shop that is interested in learning how the IAM can help. You Can't Keep a Good Machinist Down...
How Brothers Terneus and Richardson Helped Save Brother Schafer's Life

Local Lodge 837B Educator

Terence Kenneth Walls

Terry Walls has been employed with the McDonnell Douglas/Boeing Company since October 1975, and is a proud member of the IAMAW. For the past 20 years, Brother Walls participated in many Union activities and served in many functions.

Terry has represented the membership as a Shop Steward for a year and a Safety person for more than four years. Terry continues to serve as an alternative Steward for Building 101 Production Control members as he has for twelve years.

Terry served on the Minority Issues Group at Boeing. He was elected Chairperson of that committee and held the chair for a year and a half. Terry also served on the Respect Initiative Team which focused on gaining a better level of all inclusive respect for every member employed at Boeing.

Terry continues to serve as an elected Lodge representative to the District Delegate body of District 837. Walls serves on the Executive Board of 837B as the Lodge Educator.

Terry has a strong desire to continue serving his fellow Union members in the Local and the District and expresses a feeling of honor in serving.
