The Executive Board of Local Lodge 837B meets at 12:00 P. M. on the day of the Lodge meeting (typically 2nd Sunday of the month) to review the previous month's activities and financial statements. The Board discusses incoming communications and determines what, if any, actions need to be taken on those communications. Committee reports from any of those present are discussed and the Board then determines if there is any old, unfinished, or new business that must be handled from the E-Board or recommended to the membership at the meeting for approval. Members of Local Lodge 837B are invited to observe the proceedings of the E-Board. Committee Chairpersons are encouraged to attend.
